28 DAY CHALLENGES
ISMA 28 Day Challenges are minimal time required, self-paced training missions to be completed on the honor system, during your own time, and at our own level of ability. Each of the challenges can be found below. If there is any question whether or not you should accept any of these challenges, please consult your doctor before starting and never
do any physical activities that are beyond your abilities or without the guidance of your physician or a professional coach.
If you completed all or part of one of the ISMA 28 Day Challenges go ahead and reward yourself with a certificate. If you completed part of the challenge, you can always try to surpass your previous attempt.
